- Simple instructions

Anxiety Diary v1.0 can be used either online as a complete website or offline
as a personal diary. To use online, simply customize the diary and upload the
entire contents of the "anxiety_diary10" folder (located under "/ad10") to
your server. The editable pages of your diary (ie; cover, preface, day 1#,
day 2#, etc) are located in the "days" folder. It is suggested that you use a
WYSIWYG HTML editor so that you can edit them in real-time. Be sure to back
up the original CSS config file in case you lose it. Also, check out the other
folders as they contain a number of goodies to assist you in designing and
customizing your new electronic diary. The main index page is here -----> /ad10/anxiety_diary10/index.html

The easiest way to add content to the diary is to load the individual "day" files
(located in the "days" folder) into a WYSIWYG HTML editor. There is no dynamic
editing since Anxiety Diary is more of a template-based system than it is a script
so the pages will need to be edited manually but this isn't too difficult (just
type, save and upload your changes). A very good (and free) WYSIWYG editor that
just came out is NVU. NVU, like some other really good WYSIWYG HTML editors allows
you to edit your pages directly online without the need for and FTP client. It is
available for both Windows and Linux and can be downloaded here...
