License agreement

A shareware is NOT a free program
Shareware concept lets you try a program for a period of time before you buy it. Since you've tried a shareware program, you know whether it will meet your needs before you pay for it. A licensed version of this product includes the permanent right to use the product for an unlimited time. The licensed version also disables the registration screen when starting the program and enables all features that are disabled in evaluation version.
Trial (unregistered) version of this software can be used for evaluation period of 30 days. After this period it will disable itself and you must register if you plan to use this software.

Trial Version has many limitations:
Trial version can be distributed freely, as long as it is not sold commercially without permission from author. However, you must distribute the whole software package without any modifications. Unregistered use of this software after the evaluation period is in violation of copyright laws and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.

Registered version
For a low price you receive a registration key that will unlock your program (and bring it as a registered version). One registered copy of this software may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both. You are explicitly prohibited for any distribution of registered version! Any distribution of registered version is in violation of copyright laws and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.

Warranty disclaimer
THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR THIS PROGRAM - whatsoever. You use it "AS IS" and entirely at your risk, and author will not be liable for any damages that might occur to your computer, software, etc. in consequence of you using this program. Thank you for understanding and honoring the "shareware" concept.
