Simply extract the executable file "chooser.exe" to your "Program Files" directory. Create a desktop shortcut if required. Double click the program icon to start the Color Chooser program.

Using the Color Chooser

Enter Red, Green and Blue values between 0 and 255. Press "Enter" or click the "Go!" button and the program will display the hex code representation of the color. You can copy and paste this code into your web page HTML.

Web Safe Colors

Select "Snap to web safe" from the "Tools" menu to convert your chosen colors to the closest "web safe" colors. "Web safe" colors will render correctly even on older systems with only 256 color depth.
