"The Leading Edge Kite Company is pleased to announce the opening of
its new kite store in the heart of the City of Leeds.

We are conveniently situated in the magnificent Corn Exchange
building which has two adjacent car-parks and is only a few minutes
walk away from the main railway and bus stations.

Opening times for the store are Monday to Saturday from 9:30am to
5:30pm and on Sundays from 10:30am to 5:00pm.

We have a wide range of kites on display, catering for all levels of
experience and interest, along with an extensive selection of spares,
materials and pre-packaged components. In addition, we stock a
comprehensive selection of air toys including juggling equipment,
flying discs, boomerangs and the superb Whitewings paper aeroplane
kits."

"Our fully trained staff are on hand to provide advice and information

I've known the guys that run the place for ages and they're really
great, often contributing kites for prizes at festivals, etc. I'll
post a note when I've visited the shop, I don't know if there is a
rec.kites shop directory but if there is could someone add this one,
please.

Now lets get all this straight...

Leading Edge Kites is a company in California makes the Windrider
series of kites found in Balloon Factory's catalogue...

...this new shop in Leeds is also Leading Edge Kites...

...since 1988 our kite company has been known as Leading Edge
Productions...

...any others out there?

Maybe I should retire and change my name to Steve Thomas?
