Within the proposed reorganisation of the comp.sys.ibm.pc.games group
exists a proposal to create a group called comp.sys.ibm.pc.games.adventure,
the purpose of which is to be for discussion of anything which could be
classed as an adventure game (examples given were Zork, Kings Quest
series). It has been argued that such a group need not exist, since this
group (rec.games.int-fiction) already exists for such a purpose.

Now, my question is, are they right? Does the discussion of ALL
adventure games come within the charter of this group, or are there
some adventure games which dont qualify as interaction fiction? Is
discussion of the Sierra style of games on-topic for this group?

Anyone have any comments?

Mike
