This is a rather unfair puzzle btu I'm not that hot at adventure games as
I'd like to be. I solved this by looking at a disassembly of the game
from txd :)

Think hard about the new state the young Republican is in. Childish,
would it be? Is there anything you can give that new child?

ObBustedBug: On the Amiga, instead of "take scale", I can "take scale
from m" or "take tape from freak", and it WORKS. I only found out later
that there was an actual puzzle involved, I thought it was a Stupid
Parser Trick. :) YMMV.
