Yes.  The following is a walkthrough for Suspended's IMPOSSIBLE level:

(Well, you asked.  Infocom promised an all-expenses paid trip to Contra
-- the planet on which the game is based -- for any player who won while
playing Suspended at the IMPOSSIBLE level.  Given that it takes at least
60-80 moves to repair the FC's, that the sun explodes in about 3 moves,
and that fixing the FC's wouldn't prevent the supernova anyway, I'd say
your options are somewhat limited here.)
