       SippObjectSurfaceCreate objectHandle shaderhandle
              Create  a  surface from the polygons on the polygon
              stack.  The polygon is added to the  object  speci-
              fied   by   objectHandle,   no  surface  handle  is
              returned.  The polygon stack is  empty  afterwards.
              Shaderhandle is a handle to the shader, which spec-
              ifies a shading algorithm and surface  description.
