1.  Introduction
      This is a proposal for a Unique internet user id that a user of internet that
       uses multiple services in internet can create by visiting a website like
       uiuid.??? and give his or her name and date of birth and whatever data may be 
      fingerprint and it would give unique internet user id cookie 
     

    Summary
       So i am an internet user i visit uiuid.??? and give my details and 
       it gives me back a unique internet user id cookie back. So when i log into
       my hpanel.hostinger.com account as pradeep@dhyanayoga.info it would popup
       a dialog before setting its cookie whether to merge it with the unique 
       internet user id cookie. So i would have two cookies and it would get stored
       in WWW space in uiuid.???. After i logout and on next session i should be 
       able to login to hostinger without giving password , so some kind of seamless
       single sign on is possible

       Each new device i use , i would have to set my uiuid cookie in the new device
       by visiting the uiuid.???

      I am an internet user that has never created uiuid. In that case the client
      device would request the user thats me to create it by popups. 

      I visit uiuid.gov or uiuid.org and it asks for my unique name. If it is already
      taken it asks for more qualifiers.

      It has to be decided how long the internet uiuid is .. so my name is
      Pradeep kumar xplorer , it would generate a unique id and no two names
      would have same uiuid.

      This matter has to be researched. I have to be able to access sun.com labs
      in menli park to come with a detailed design. I am now stranded in india
      injured shuttling between bangalore and hassan. I have no income and 
      exploited from 2002 by a large organisation of clever thieves.I do not
      have any income past oct 2002 nor retired nor getting any disabilty or 
      unemployment nor ever got paid for my yoga books and guidance all 
      payments to me stolen. I am given 100 indian rupees everyday. I am 
      walking with a fractured right feet little finger after the indonesians
      force majeured me and detained underfed and injured me. I demand
      access to my email pradeep.kumar@sun.com and my office in menlo park
      next week. My website is now not showing my files or books because
      i could not pay hostinger.com 470rs. I do not have any ATMs or 
      paypal account and i have ustaxcourt.gov 10889-25L not solved
      I am usa tax payer 619726729 prevented from living and working
      in california as software engineer and yoa guide by clever criminals
      employed in us cp ice.gov uscis.dhs.gov and they are continuing the
      crime by indians. I have changed my name from pradeep kumar pulappatta
      to pradeep kumar xplorer in 2009 its still not changed in usa and
      my accounts stolen and operated in usa as pradeep kumar pulappatta
