Files that end in .xbm are X11 bitmap files generated from Don Knuth's Sun
.icon files. I don't know if the bit-order in bytes in the .xbm format is
defined or architecture-dependent. In either case, these .xbm files display
correctly on a DECstation---your milage may vary.

The Sun distribution relied on a system-defined mask for the document-like
icons. I created one and I've included it here as 'plain-mask.xbm'. This
is the only new file that I created.

The "cetable" file in the original distribution seems to include the RGB
information for the foreground and background colors that are intended for
these icons. This information is lost in .xbm files, so I'm including it
here. The foreground of each icon is defined to be black. The backgrounds
have the following RGB values (though I don't know which values are actually
red, green, and blue).
