Air Iceland Connect's TF-FXI is a Bombardier Dash 8 Q400. It was delivered early 2001 to SAS. Then it moved to Flybe, Colgan Air, was stored by Bombardier and Air Niugini and finally came to Air Iceland Connect in February 2016.

This is the smallest version of the Bombardier Dash 8, the Dash 8 version 100. It can operate from extremely short airfields. This machine is the TF-FXG. It was delivered to Mesa Airlines already in 1996, registered in the US and it has since also flown for Field Aviation of Canada before joining the Air Iceland Connect fleet in 2012.
