I have 3 different options for you.
Please choose the one you feel best suits your needs.

Logging No, disabled No, disabled Enabled (advanced logging) !
"Check for update" feature No, disabled No, disabled Enabled !
How to stop Xerver Kill the process (CTRL+ALT+DEL) Close Xerver window You can turn on/off Xerver with a button !
Change settings to Xerver via window No, run Setup.exe (run "java SetupXerver") No, run Setup.exe (run "java SetupXerver") Yes !

What shall I choose?
  • Xerver Maximum has everything Xerver has to offer and is recommended for most users.
  • Xerver Medium is like Xerver Minimum, but has an window open, to make it easier to close it. You don't need to press CTRL+ALT+DEL (Windows users), or find and kill the process (UNIX users)
  • Xerver Minimum has no logging and no window. This is the Xerver Kernel running with a minimum of system resources. This is used when you have a large website with much trafic, or if you simple want Xerver to run as a background process.
